Strive said on 14 October it bought 2,822 bitcoin on 12 and 13 October at about $83,266 each, roughly $235 million. On 13 October it had disclosed a separate purchase of 3,311 bitcoin, made between 5 and 9 October.
That takes Strive to 35,595 BTC, 18 more than MARA Holdings, making it the fourth-largest public bitcoin treasury, BitcoinTreasuries reported.
Investors exercised warrants worth an expected $369.2 million on 12 and 13 October, more than Strive spent on bitcoin. Strive has no warrants left from its private share sale, known as a PIPE, so it can no longer raise money that way.
